Who operates Fairly

Nishmeet Arora, an individual trading as Fairly (sole proprietor) operates Fairly at fairlyapp.io. Fairly is the trading name of that individual.

Grievance officer and privacy requests

The individual named above is Fairly's grievance officer and handles privacy requests and complaints. Write to 08.soup.air@icloud.com, or to the postal address above, addressed to the grievance officer.

We acknowledge requests within seven days and complete them within 30 days of receipt. Privacy grievances are addressed as soon as possible and within one month of receipt, or 30 days if sooner. We explain the outcome, including any information that must lawfully remain, its category, reason and required period.

You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion, account closure or withdrawal of consent, or raise a complaint, without an active account or working assessment link. Use your invited or account email where possible and describe what you need. We may ask for minimal information to verify the request. Do not send a password, personal assessment access link, identity document or unnecessary medical details.

For a company's hiring assessment, the company decides the hiring purpose and human decision. Its privacy and grievance contacts appear in the candidate notice shown with the invitation. Fairly helps route and fulfil requests concerning the company's processing and handles requests concerning its own processing. You can contact Fairly if the company's contact no longer works. Leaving an assessment or withdrawing from hiring is different from withdrawing consent or requesting deletion; say which action you want.

CERT-In point of contact and security reports

The individual named above is also Fairly's CERT-In point of contact, at 08.soup.air@icloud.com and the postal address above.

Please report a suspected security incident promptly to that email, with a brief description and when it occurred. Avoid including candidate answers, passwords or access links. The ordinary privacy-request timetable does not postpone urgent incident handling or statutory reporting deadlines. Where CERT-In's six-hour reporting requirement applies, it must be met separately; contacting Fairly does not replace a report you are legally required to make.

Terms and privacy notices

Company users accept the effective terms through the signed-in acceptance step. Reading this page does not itself accept the terms or supply assessment consent. The applicable privacy notice explains the information handled, disclosed monitoring, overseas email processing, retention and request routes.
